This pen and ink art piece is a stippling, which means it was rendered in all dots. These two lovely ladies are taking a break from walking and begin sharing this and that, perhaps trivial matters, until one of them says, "When is this 'old enough to know better' supposed to kick in?" Then they have a good laugh! Note the lady on the left apparently tossed away pantyhose ages ago and replaced them with knee/thigh high stockings. Do you know anyone who would wear these rolled below the knee? This tongue-in-cheek cartoon would look great on someone's wall, or even on a product.
